We love the way the outdoor areas blend with the indoor areas of our home. The veranda off the parent's retreat upstairs is perfect for morning coffee and a quiet read of the newspapers, away from the children. On summer nights we lie in bed with the french doors open. The breeze blows in, and the view from the bed of the district lights and the stars is beautiful. On the main living level, the french doors open from the living room, with fabulous views, onto another large veranda, - great for entertaining. The breezes come along at about 2.00pm each day, giving a womderful feel to the home. An entire wall of windows make th home very light and airy. At the back of the house, more french doors open out from the kitchen and the lounge room, onto a private courtyard, with the sound of trickling water from the water feature to soothe the spirit.
In winter, the house comes alive with the fire in the lounge room giving a warm and welcoming feel, as only an open fire can.
